**Inmate Visitation**

 

MONITORING & RECORDING

All video visits are monitored in real-time, recorded, and retained. Violation of visitation rules and displays of inappropriate conduct/inappropriate language may result in immediate termination of your video visit, with or without warning. Violation of the rules will include, at minimum, a x-week ban from video visitation privileges. Your use of video visitation, and acceptance of the rules, is both consent to the audio/video recording as well as an agreement to the visitation rules. 

 

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

 -  Any display of nudity/exposure or removal of clothing

-  Any behavior or actions of a sexual nature

-  Any ongoing use of inappropriate language

-  Any use or display of weapons, drugs, alcohol, or related paraphernalia

-  Any unlawful activity or depiction of unlawful activity 

-  Any recording or filming of a visit by any visitor participant or any third party

-  Any addition of visitors utilizing any technology aside from the GTL visitor web application.

 

Violation of the rules will include, at minimum, a x-week ban from all video visitation privileges.
